What we do

EventAid are dedicated professionals committed to working with you to achieve the best possible outcomes for your event and its participants. Our team can be engaged from the very beginning and will assist in the development of risk assessments, treatment strategies and emergency plans to ensure the actual time treating injuries on the day is minimal. With our experience in the planning and delivery of first aid, medical and safety services, EventAid will assist you in establishing an understanding of your risk and options to manage that risk ensuring the most appropriate resources are deployed to your event.

The size and demographic of each event will dictate the specific first aid or medical support required. With our experience in the planning and delivery of first aid, medical and safety services, EventAid will assist you in establishing an understanding of your risk assessment, management, and ensuring the implementation of accurate resources your event requires.

EventAid are experienced in providing advice on event risk assessments and will make recommendations based on experience and research.

Writing event medical plans can be challenging for large, complex events. Our team can assist with developing a plan that is tailored to your event.

The core of our work is providing first aiders and medical staff at events. This includes during the bump in and out phases as well as industrial first aid at worksites.

We know that you will need information following your event. We will work with you to ensure that our reporting meets your needs.

If you don’t need first aiders, but need advice on planning your event, our experienced team can help with everything from medical plans to emergency management and event operations.
